PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF TUESDAY TO 2nd TUESDAY
Trio Paradis play a Café Concert at Malmesbury Abbey on (usually!) the first Tuesday afternoon of each month at 2pm: informal feel-good music events with refreshments available in the abbey café before and after the concert, where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and cakes, and enjoy live music. This month's concert is on the second Tuesday because of Holy week.
April’s theme is Birdsong, with a variety of eras and styles: McVie’s Songbird, Casals’ haunting arrangement of the Catalan folk song, Song of the Birds, and music by Vivaldi, Brahms, Janaček, Debussy and more …
Concerts last c45m and entrance - or rather, exit! - is by pay-what-you-feel donation, with a retiring collection.
