Bohemian Rhapsodies at South Petherton

Trio Paradis play a Café Concert on the first Wednesday morning of each month (except January) at 11am at The David Hall: informal daytime concerts with a pop-up café open half an hour before the concert where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes, and enjoy live music. 

This month’s music is inspired by the traditional travelling people of Eastern Europe, with pieces including ‘Songs My Mother Taught Me’ by Dvořák, Haydn’s Gypsy Rondo, and various Dumkas and other dances.

Concert lasts c45m. Entrance - or rather exit! - is by pay-what-you-feel donation, with a retiring collection. There's no need to book, but turn up early to be sure of a table and best choice of cakes as these events are very popular.
