Daughters of the Muse at Midsomer Norton Town Hall

Trio  Paradis - Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Lisa Betteridge - violin & Linda  Stocks - cello -  play a Palm Court concert at Midsomer Norton Town Hall on the first Friday lunchtime of each month (February-December).

Our March programme consists entirely of music by female composers: works by Lili Boulanger, Mel Bonis and Louise Farrenc, along with little-known gems such as Alice Verne Bredt's Phantasie Trio, and the first movement of Rosalind Ellicott's Trio No.2 in D minor.

The concert lasts about 1hr and is suitable for all ages, including  families. Refreshments including Rosemary's fabulous home-made cakes available from 12 noon.
