About the event
Trio Paradis play a Café Concert in the beautiful surroundings and fine acoustic of St Andrew's Church, Chippenham on the first Tuesday of every month, Feb-Dec, at 11am: informal feel-good music events with refreshments available in the pop-up café from 10.30am, where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and cakes, and then enjoy live music.
To mark International Women’s Day on 8 March, our March Café Concert programme is Daughters of the Muse - music by women composers, including Germaine Tailleferre, Lili Boulanger, Dora Bright, Cécile Chaminade, Rebecca Clark and Rosalind Ellicott. There will be brief biographical details of the composers.
The concert lasts c45m and entrance (or rather, exit!) is by pay-what-you-feel donation, with a retiring collection. All ages welcome, including children.
