About the event
NEW SERIES
Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Lisa Betteridge - violin and Linda Stocks - cello) play a monthly cafe concert on the last Friday of each month (except December) at 3.30pm at St Michaels's Church: informal music events which are 'pay-what-you-feel' with a retiring collection to cover the performers' costs, to ensure all can attend.
St Michael's Café is open before the concert, where you can meet friends and make new ones and then enjoy live music.
To mark International Women’s Day on 8 March, this month's Café Concert programme is Daughters of the Muse - music by women composers, including Germaine Tailleferre, Dora Bright, Cécile Chaminade, Rebecca Clark and Rosalind Ellicott.
Concerts last c45mins and entrance is by donation, with a retiring collection. Refreshments - tea, coffee & home-made cakes - are available in St Michael's Café before the concert. There's no need to book, although RSVP's are appreciated. Turn up early for best choice of seats as these concerts are bound to be popular!
Nearest parking is in Waitrose car park, there is good disabled access. FFI regarding access contact Lisa on 01225 447103 or email office@stmichaelsbath.org.uk
