Flower Gardens at St Andrew's Chippenham

Trio Paradis play a Café Concert in the beautiful surroundings and fine acoustic of St Andrew's Church, Chippenham (usually!) on the first Tuesday of each month at 11am: informal feel-good music events with refreshments available in the pop-up café from 10.30am, where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and cakes, and then enjoy live music.

Our programme for June is inspired by a variety of flowers... and   gardens, with music by Lili Boulanger - D'un Jardin clair, Muriel   Herbert, Rud Langgaard: Fjeldblomster, Dora Pejacevic Violets, Germaine  Tailleferre Fleurs de France, and more.  Roses are featured, including  Franz  Schubert Heidenröslein, Fauré: Roses  d'Isphahan, Roses from the  South by Johann Strauss and Honeysuckle Rose  by Thomas 'Fats' Waller.

The concert lasts c45m and entrance - or rather, exit! -  is by pay-what-you-feel donation, with a retiring collection. All ages welcome, including children.
