From Dawn to Dusk at Malmesbury Abbey

Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert at Malmesbury Abbey on the first Tuesday afternoon of each month at 2pm: a 45-minute concert of mostly classical music presented by the performers, often with the addition of a poem or two read by Jackie Tong. Refreshments are available in the abbey café before and after the concert.

'From Dawn to Dusk' is a collection of music inspired by morning and evening moods, including 'Circulo' by Joaquín Turina, 'Matin & Soir' by Mel Bonis, Nocturnes by Mary Howe and Clara Schumann, and Ravel 'L'Heure Espagnole'.

There’s no need to book, though an RSVP via our website is appreciated. Trio Paradis Cafe Concerts are 'pay-what-you-feel' via a retiring collection, to keep live music affordable for everyone. The Abbey is easily accessible. There is parking in the council car park, high street…
