Trio Paradis play a Café Concert at Malmesbury Abbey on the first Tuesday afternoon of each month at 2pm: informal feel-good music events with refreshments available in the abbey café before and after the concert, where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and cakes, and enjoy live music.
December’s music is inspired by ice, snow and the Advent/Christmas season, with several sleigh rides and festive numbers …along with a few quieter, more reflective pieces. Composers include Tchaikovsky, Elgar and Martinu.
Concerts last c45m and entrance is by donation, with a retiring collection. All ages welcome, including children.
