Songs of Travel at Malmesbury Abbey

Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Lisa Betteridge - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) bring their popular Café Concerts to Malmesbury on the first Tuesday afternoon of each month at 2pm: informal feel-good music events with a pop-up café open half an hour before the concert where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes, and enjoy live music!

Every concert is different, with a range of musical styles, brought together by a theme.

This month we perform pieces of music about means of travel: trains, planes & automobiles… and inspired by exotic locations. Music by Debussy, Bizet, Villa-Lobos and others.

Concert lasts c45m. Entrance is by donation, with a retiring collection. There's no need to book, but turn up early for best seats, as these events are popular! All ages welcome, including children.
