Spring Waters at Midsomer Norton

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR APRIL CONCERT AT MIDSOMER NORTON IS ONE WEEK LATER THAN USUAL TO AVOID GOOD FRIDAY

Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert on the first Friday lunchtime of each month at 12.30pm at St John’s Church, Midsomer Norton: a 45-minute concert of mainly classical music, introduced by the performers. There is a pop-up café from midday serving tea, coffee and home-made cakes where you can meet friends for a chat before the concert.

Our spring programme features music inspired by the natural beauty of spring and includes ‘D’un matin de printemps’ by Lili Boulanger, Grieg ‘Spring’, ‘Il pleut’ by Mel Bonis, and Rachmaninov ‘Spring Waters’.

There's no need to book, though an RVSP via our website is appreciated…turn up early for best choice of seat, and maybe bring a cushion for the pew. Trio…
