Winter Landscapes at St Andrew's Chippenham

Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert at St Andrew’s Church on the first Tuesday of each month at 11am: a 45-minute concert of mainly classical music, introduced by the performers. There is a pop-up café from 10.15am where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes.

This month's programme features plenty of ice and snow, with sleigh rides and musical evocations of wintry landscapes: music by Purcell, Schubert, Delius, Tchaikovsky, Glazunov, Debussy and Palmgren.

There’s no need to book, though an RSVP via our website is appreciated. Trio Paradis Cafe Concerts are 'pay-what-you-feel' via a retiring collection, to keep live music affordable for everyone. Access at St Andrew's is very good, with no steps although some nearby paths are cobbled.
